So many of our communities in rural Nova Scotia depend on volunteer firefighters for our safety. Last year, during the most devastating season of wildfires in record, volunteer firefighters and search and rescue teams put themselves at risk to help protect our communities.
Creating a New Youth Mental Health Fund!
A lot of young people in Canada feel like the deck is stacked against them, which contributes to very real mental health challenges.
We’re creating a new Youth Mental Health Fund to help community organizations provide better care and improve mental health services within their networks.
