Things need to be more affordable.
Mom’s and dad’s, nana’s and papa’s, small businesses owners and recent grads - everyone and every family from Throburn to the Musquodoboit Valley know the challenges being faced at the grocery store.
Many have been here before. My parents, for one, remember all the things that had to happen before life got back to an affordable normal.
We all know it isn’t easy.
So what things can be done? How can we make things a bit more affordable?
I asked my team to pull together all the things at our disposal to help.
These things are making a positive impact in kitchens and pantries across Central Nova. They are things that are helping keep the skates on and the art class full. Things that make heat out of thin air and things bringing healthy smiles to kids faces.
We can’t solve all the things, but together we are making things more affordable for those who need it most.
