Great Visit to the River John Lions Club

Thanks to the River John Lions Club and its volunteers for everything they do to help serve their community.

After Hurricane Fiona hit, the local playground was damaged. With a little bit of federal support they were able to repair some of the damage, and have continued to improve it since.

Over the course of the year, volunteers host events, social gatherings, and fundraisers to advance community development projects and help residents of River John remain connected.

I look forward to getting back soon to see more of the great work they are doing on the ground!
