A Tribute to Lloyd Hines

My friend and former provincial MLA, Lloyd Hines, passed away recently.

I had the chance to work alongside him in our shared constituency for my first 6 years as a Member of Parliament, and he was kind enough to show me the ropes when I first got started.

Lloyd was dedicated to his community and cared deeply about creating good jobs for people in Nova Scotia, particularly young people so they would have a chance to stay in the communities and the Province where the grew up.

Lloyd, we will miss you. Thank you for your many years of service to your community and to the Province of Nova Scotia.
