Happy Holidays!

Christmas is right around the corner, and to kick off the season I attended the Evergreen Festival last night at the New Glasgow Farmers Market organized by Destination Eastern and Northumberland Shores Association.

It was a fantastic community event where I took in the tree lighting ceremony, and enjoyed the outdoor celebration of culture, food, crafts, and art!

This event was part of a federal investment of over $115,000 through our Tourism Relief Fund, which was established to help communities bounce back from the pandemic.

Thank you to everyone involved in hosting last night’s event. Looking forward to seeing people out and about in our community over the holidays!
