The Housing Accelerator Fund is having an impact right here in Nova Scotia.

The federal government has reached a deal with the Halifax Regional Municipality and is investing $79.3 million to eliminate the barriers to build the housing we need, faster. The agreement we’ve struck with the City is going to fast track the construction of 2,600 additional homes in the next 3 years and nearly 9,000 more homes in the next 10.
