Applications are now open for the Housing Accelerator Fund!

There are immense housing needs in our community and across Canada. To help build more homes more quickly, we introduced the $4 Billion Housing Accelerator Fund.

In order to apply, communities should develop an action plan demonstrating how they will get housing built, whether through reducing red tape, accelerating approvals, incentivizing affordable units, increasing zoning density or other measures that are designed for a specific community.

To our local municipalities - I encourage you to develop a plan and submit an application. This funding is a significant opportunity and will have an immeasurable impact on families within our communities!
