Covering Ground

We cover a lot of ground to connect with people and communities across Central Nova.

Yesterday, we started things off with a Pre-Budget Consultation hosted by the Antigonish Chamber of Commerce, who did a terrific job to pack the room with local community members.

From there we travelled to the Eastern Shore for meetings in Sheet Harbour to advance the proposed Eastern Shore Lifestyle Centre project, and to meet with Musquodoboit Harbour and Area Chamber of Commerce and Civic Affairs, as well as local community members to better understand their local priorities.

We capped off the day in Middle Musquodoboit to attend the Middle Musquodoboit Agricultural Society AGM, and to discuss how the federal government could potentially support the annual Halifax County Exhibition.

Thanks to everyone for your input. I look forward to continuing our work together to advance our region!
