The museum has copies of the Casket newspaper spanning from 1890 all the way to 2006 and they’ve been working to scan and upload them online for everyone to access.

We’ve started rolling out the Canadian Dental Care Plan so that Canadians have access to the affordable and quality dental care they deserve.
Cleanup is Underway!
As the storm clean up continues, we’re providing federal support to assist the Province of Nova Scotia’s efforts.
We will continue to assess what more can be done to extend our support and provide the necessary assistance to the Province of Nova Scotia.

We are lucky to have dedicated groups of volunteers in our communities that are working to provide affordable housing solutions locally.

I was excited to see that earlier this month the Band Council from Pictou Landing First Nation voted to be connected to the existing Pictou County Transit network.
