Canadians should be able to afford a place to live in the cities and communities where they go to work.

We are scaling up the Apartment Construction Loan Program to provide low-cost loans to builders who offer rents at prices that middle class workers can afford.

This program is already enabling tens of thousands of new apartments across Canada and the additional $15 Billion in funding will help the program build more than 130,000 apartments across every part of the country!
